I don't see my temporary password in my inbox anymore what do I do?
Click forgot password above under log in. Input your email address associated with the account. An email will appear in your inbox with instructions on how to create a new password. Insert the new password into the log-in block and you will now have access!
I want to create my own password instead of continuing to use the temporary password. How do I do this?
Log out of the Admin Hub (button at the top right) and then click forgot password above under the log-in button. Instructions for how to create your own password will appear in your inbox. Input the new password you just created into the log-in block and you will now have access to the platform with your unique password.
I keep inputting my temporary password but it's not working. How do I get a new password?
Click forgot password above to receive instructions on creating your own unique password for the Agency Admin Hub. Once you've created your password go back to the Hub and insert the new password into the log-in block to gain access.
